Our Practice
A single plan for family wealth
We support families with significant wealth in the long-term planning of their assets and legacy: family governance, succession, holding structuring and inter-generational agreements. We act as the central point that orders complexity — tax, corporate, succession and wealth-related — and coordinates all the parties involved around the family.
This integration is our difference: we do not manage portfolios or replace private banking — we stand on the family's side to structure, oversee and bring coherence. We design the wealth and governance architecture, and coordinate private banks, insurers, trustees and lawyers so that every piece serves a single family plan. We frequently work on cross-border situations across Andorra–France–Spain, where residency, wealth and heirs are spread across jurisdictions.
Who Is It For?
No minimum wealth
published
We work with families whose wealth and family complexity justify dedicated coordination. Example mandate (anonymised): a French family established in Andorra with an operating business, a holding company in France, a real estate portfolio in two countries, and children not yet integrated into the estate — we designed the wealth holding, drafted the family protocol and shareholders' agreement, and coordinated private banking and insurance under a single succession plan.
- Wealth spread across several jurisdictions (residency, business, property, investments)
- Multi-generational families or those in full generational transition
- First generation who built the wealth and is starting to plan the handover
- Entrepreneurs recently established in Andorra who need to organise their personal and business wealth

How We Work
One plan, four stages
Stage 1
Diagnosis
We map wealth, corporate structure, family situation and each generation's objectives. We identify tax, succession and governance risks.
Stage 2
Family plan
We design the architecture: holding structure, family protocol, succession plan and agreements. A single plan that aligns wealth, taxation and generational handover.
Stage 3
Implementation and coordination
We set up the structures, formalise the agreements and coordinate private banking, insurers, trustees and lawyers to execute the plan.
Stage 4
Ongoing oversight
Periodic reporting to the family head, administrative and tax management of the structures, and review of the plan as the family and regulations evolve.
Frequently Asked Questions
Family Office FAQ
No. We do not manage portfolios or advise on financial products. We stand on the family's side to structure wealth, organise governance and coordinate private banking and other parties. That independence is precisely what adds value.
Each mandate is handled by a small, dedicated team, under a confidentiality agreement and professional secrecy as registered economists.
Andorra is our base and our specialism, but most mandates are cross-border. We structure taking into account the taxation and succession rules of the jurisdictions involved — especially France and Spain.
We do not publish a threshold. We assess each family individually: what determines the fit is not just the volume, but the wealth, family and cross-border complexity.
Yes. Each family has a dedicated relationship manager who centralises the relationship and internally coordinates all areas and external third parties.
