Since 2013 alongside international
entrepreneurs and investors
Founded in 2013 by Marc De Diego Ferrer, MCA brings together a multidisciplinary team of Andorrans and French professionals united by one conviction: continuity comes before the spectacular.
The firm was born with Andorra's economic opening (June 2012, foreign investment law). Since then, we have supported hundreds of families and entrepreneurs in their life and business projects in the Principality, with an approach combining technical rigour, discretion and long-term continuity.
Over a decade, the firm has become the reference for international clients establishing themselves in Andorra. We have incorporated over 400 companies, assisted over 400 families with residency and managed the tax affairs of over 300 active clients, 95% of them international.
